Juliette Rossant

was raised in New York City, started writing poetry at 10, published at 14, and co-founded Dartmouth's literary Stonefence Review.

Once out of college, she became a journalist stationed in Istanbul, Paris, Moscow, and Jeddah. She covered topics from delicate cheeses in Turkey to helicopter clashes above Nagorno-Karabagh.

Back in New York, she joined Forbes and wrote the Celebrity Chefs column for the Forbes annual "Celebrity 100" issue. Her chef articles — on Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse, Nobu Matsuhisa, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud, Charlie Palmer, and Todd English — have been cited by numerous major publications, including The New York Times.

Juliette is now working on her second book as well as consulting to the media and food industries [see sections on Consulting, Writings, and Projects].
